Daddyless Daughters

I watched a program about daddyless daughters and it resonated with me. To be a daddyless daughter doesn’t ONLY mean that your father was not in your life at all, but it also includes those who had their dads in their lives whether they were raised in the same house, had an outside the home relationship or would see or talk to their dads  every once in a while.

My father was there but wasn’t present as a dad. A dad is someone that shows love, care, protects, encourages, shares wisdom and provides for their children, whether they are with their childs’ mother or not. You can never stop being a dad, you can only become a present dad doing the best he can or be an absent father.

This is why no matter where we are or what our relationship is like we will always have a Heavenly Father.

A man in the program said that a dad’s role is to provide, nurture and guide.

The Lord has provided life/breathe, He loves us and encourages us when we are down and when we are up, as well as given us His word-the ULTIMATE guide for how love others, ourselves, how to handle all situations and how to prosper.

Jesus is the ONLY person who will be consistent to no end, He doesn’t change His mind, be persuaded by a new wife or girlfriend, He remains the same ALWAYS.

Because God is the same yesterday, today and forever! Which is something that NO man, no matter how great of a father, husband or boyfriend is, God is the ONLY one that can be what He says.

Illuminati In The Church

Illuminati symbols on Christian music album covers has popped up in recent years. What has been even more shocking, is the fact that many mainstream Christian artist use back masking in their music.

For those who aren’t familiar with back masking- it is hidden messages embedded in music that when played in reverse the lyrics say something different from what was sung when played forward.

Above is the album art for a popular Christian artist, Tobymac whom used a single eye very much like the All Seeing Eye or the Evil Eye. This doesn’t necessarily mean that this particular group are illuminati members however you have seek wisdom before listening to any artist Christian or not. The fact that Satan was the head of music in heaven does not mean that he won’t be the head of music in the earth- that includes ALL genres and countries. I have to be watchful of even the Asian pop music that I listen to. 

End of Days

Daniel 8:16-18

There have been several prophecies that have already been fulfilled. We are even closer to the end than ever before.

In the documentary “The Daniel Project” the Christian filmmakers hired a skeptic to go through all the prophecies in order as they have been fulfilled along with the scriptures that back up each event. This was an awesome film to watch and learn that there have been so many other prophecies that were being fulfilled that I wasn’t even aware of.

2 Timothy 3:1-5

3 But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days. ² People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, ³ without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, ⁴ treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God— ⁵ having a form of godliness but denying its power. Have nothing to do with such people.

As with the passing of legalizing gay marriage and prior, the legalization of former illegal drugs amongst MANY other laws and practices that have been approved of in the past several years, this ALL has been prophesized.

So as believers we cannot be frustrated with these changes all we can do is pray about it and not compromise our beliefs to accommodate the changes of the world as so many believers have done.

Signs

Signs and Symbols are everywhere, it’s unavoidable. However it doesn’t mean that you have to give into the lure of it all. Not ALL symbols are created equal, there symbols such as skulls,side-ways crosses, all seeing eye, evil eye, ‘S’ bolts and pentagrams that all represent the god of this age (Satan). People can argue that it’s just fashion and symbols mean nothing unless you believe in it or that symbols don’t have any power.

Symbols DO have power otherwise no one would use them to represent their culture,company or religion.

However we have to realistic about picking out symbols to avoid wearing on our clothing, on our cars and so on. For example we can’t just label all stars that have five points as being demonic, it’s the pentagram that’s demonic-the star with the lines drawn out within and outside of it. This is one the main areas that young adults and teens struggle with because we can’t cut ourselves off from the world nor do we know what it was like to live in a time where there wasn’t internet and smartphones or music artist like the ones we have had starting from the late 80’s.

We can’t just blindly follow trends and throw up random hand signs that you REALLY don’t know what it means other than what you heard in song or by an artist. 

Wearing demonic symbols as a Christian does not cancel out the fact that you are still wearing a spiritual open door. Be wise, don’t be scared to wear anything with any kind of symbol or picture, just be knowledgeable about what you are considering to wear or do.

Faith!

Don’t lose faith in that God will give you what you prayed for!

Matthew 21:21

Jesus replied, "I tell you the truth, if you have faith and do not doubt, not only can you do what was done to the fig tree, but also you can say to this mountain, 'Go, throw yourself into the sea,' and it will be done.

Many of us are waiting for prayers to manifest, whether it’s for a husband or wife, a financial pipeline to be opened up, healing for your body or for relationships to be reconciled. Although it is easy to pray for something it is harder to maintain that same amount of faith you had when you prayed all the way to the manifestation.

I know that it’s hard to keep faith when you see the circumstances around you haven’t changed and money gets low, family acts as if everything is okay, even though you can feel that something is amiss. That’s pretty much been my experience growing up on and off, so I understand. I even remember cleaning a church member’s house on a regular basis in high school.

Matthew 15:28

Then Jesus answered, "Woman, you have great faith! Your request is granted." And her daughter was healed from that very hour.

There will always be times when you have to experience some highs and lows, it is just how you handle each high and every low. I have learned that with each obstacle I learned how to handle the next hurdle before it even happens; for example if it finances, I learned how to save, budget and spend so that I am never without and having to scramble to find an income because of a need.

If it is something else nonfinancial that you are waiting on learn from this circumstance any way you can, whether it’s how to select friends, or treat your body and even how to communicate with family members.

¹¹ Jesus answered, “You would have no power over me if it were not given to you from above. Therefore the one who handed me over to you is guilty of a greater sin.”

This is a perfect example at how the world (leaders) can be against you and your belief but yet you aren’t at their mercy. We are at the mercy of God, not man; man can do ALL he wants but even they have to answer to the Lord our God.

There will always be people who will try to get you to deny Him, to deny your faith in Christ. Of course they may not be as blatant as the Jewish leaders back during the time Christ walked the earth, but they will do it in a round-about way by getting you to agree with them…

Friend: “I thought I was going to die just now, someone lost control of their car and nearly hit dead-on.”

You: “Wow!, I’m glad you’re okay, God protected you!”

Friend: “I was just lucky I guess.”

You: “Yeah, you were lucky.”

*In just a few short sentences, your friend removed God from the situation and you ended up both agreeing to “luck” being the reason that a life was spared in a near fatal accident. It was that easy to be talked out of a moment of ‘faith’ with an unbeliever.

No matter who has man given authority, you can always overcome!

Jesus Sentenced to Be Crucified

19 Then Pilate took Jesus and had him flogged. ² The soldiers twisted together a crown of thorns and put it on his head. They clothed him in a purple robe ³ and went up to him again and again, saying, “Hail, king of the Jews!” And they slapped him in the face.

⁴ Once more Pilate came out and said to the Jews gathered there, “Look, I am bringing him out to you to let you know that I find no basis for a charge against him.” ⁵ When Jesus came out wearing the crown of thorns and the purple robe, Pilate said to them, “Here is the man!”

⁶ As soon as the chief priests and their officials saw him, they shouted, “Crucify! Crucify!”

But Pilate answered, “You take him and crucify him. As for me, I find no basis for a charge against him.”

Tonight my women’s bible study group watched “The Passion of The Christ”, this was the first time that I was able to watch it from beginning to end because when the movie first came out in the theaters my mom and I went to go see it and ended up leaving a few minutes into the wiping scene because it was ‘too graphic’ at the time.

Now after seeing the film in its entirety and without any problem with watching every part of it, I realized that it was the enemy that prevented me and my mom from watching it the first time. Satan knew that if I especially, had watched it I would have given my life to Christ right after and push the darkness out of my life! It finally makes sense, I had been feeling like I had been missing a small piece of my faith and this movie filled it.

The Lord knows I am a visual person and therefore tend to rely on what I see and not what I’m told. Seeing the most realistic depiction of the last 12 hours of Jesus’ life, all the way through the crucifixion has given me the ability to really understand what the blood of Jesus represents and how he bore ALL of our sins so that we could be cleansed.
