Blessed


When we think of being blessed we typically think of the fact that we have a roof over our heads, clothes on our backs and certain opportunities. Those are major blessings, but there is soo much more in store for all of God’s children.


We have the blessing of Abraham, we are abundantly blessed and it is up to us to claim it. This means we can’t ask God for access to only a little of what you need or want we have to reach out for more than enough, to be soo blessed that you are able to bless others.


In fact if you think about it, you are being selfish to not want or seek more from God.You are not in this world just for yourself, you are here for a reason-you have a purpose to fulfill and that purpose no matter how great or little always involves someone else benefiting as well.

Promises to Abram

12 Now the Lord had said to Abram:
“Get out of your country,
From your family
And from your father’s house,
To a land that I will show you.
I will make you a great nation;
I will bless you
And make your name great;
And you shall be a blessing.
I will bless those who bless you,
And I will curse him who curses you;
And in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.”




All the promises that Abraham was given is also given freely to us.


We all as believers have an inheritance that is sitting there waiting to be claimed. Think of it as an inheritance from a loved one that you haven’t don’t even know it’s there or choose to ignore it. What sense does that make?  Grab a hold of it! And be blessed! Then spread the wealth!

We have all access through Christ.


Sometimes I forget that I have the ultimate hook up when it comes to….well… ANYTHING!


I believe that many people forget the same, we all have access to anything we want through Christ. Of course there may be seasons when the Lord does not give you what you want when you want it because He knows that you are not ready for it.


We all need a reminder of just how magnificent our God is; we serve a God that can literally move mountains! We all start out with a fire in our hearts to be the “best Christian” as possible only to burn out or simply have that fire dim and we get use to our routines and daily lives, the natural ups and downs that everyone else deals with forgetting that we aren’t like everybody else. We are not meant to be living mediocre lives, we are supposed to have fulfilling blessed lives.


The world tries to conform God to what we think He can do and who He is. When anyone thinks of God as they do man they immediately cut off the flow of abundance, because now they limited their scope of what good can come to them. For example, you can’t receive a opportunity that would take you where you have always wanted to go, if you are expecting a small pay increase at your job…


Expect the unexpected! Expect to be blessed and not limited! Know that you have an all access pass to the one and only who can take you or give you the things you couldn’t even imagine!

How to increase financially in God




Last night in bible study we discussed how to increase financially in God.



So many people find excuses to why they don’t have to tithe and give an offering to their church. They think it’s outdated and no longer required, however it is required if you want to increase your wealth supernaturally. It’s fine if you don’t want to tithe, however you will not have the favor of God financially that exceeds your expectations and you will continue to rob God of His tithe. Although that may sound harsh, it is in His word that those who do not tithe, give a tenth of their earnings, is robbing God. I have spoken on that particular verse before.


The tenth that you give as your tithe is the money that already belongs to God whether you believe in it or not, it is a blessing to even be able to work or generate any type of income so why not share it with Him spiritually and share it physically with your church.


It is funny how people can act “funny” when money is involved with anything especially when it requires them to give up some money without getting an immediate return in goods or services. They don’t realize that they are getting an immediate return when they give their tithe-they get protection physically and spiritually it insures that things around you don’t breakdown when you need it and rebukes the devourer for your sakes.


Now the offering is above and beyond what you give as your tithe. The offering is what you pray over when you give it to your church in order to open a flow of financial blessings. The financial blessing can come in the form of some sort of money exchange or from an idea to create something or a job opportunity.


Don’t block your financial blessings by being caught up in the hoopla about not needing to tithe or give offering.

22 “Have faith in God,” Jesus answered. 23 “Truly[a] I tell you, if anyone says to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and does not doubt in their heart but believes that what they say will happen, it will be done for them. 24 Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.




There is no greater promise of God, other than salvation, than being able to say something, believe and receive it!


The biggest hurdle that we have to overcome is to control our mind and tongue, which go hand in hand. The mind can produce thoughts of doubt that something is going to happen or caught up in how something is going to happen as logically as we can make it out to be. Whenever we doubt for a second that God is going to pull through you have to rebuke that thought and say to yourself that you have what you said you wanted and God will provide it.


One powerful request is to eliminate debt, debt is like a mountain in almost every sense of the word. If more Christians knew that they can remove their with their faith and their words there wouldn’t be any believers in debt and restricted financially and spiritually to accomplish bigger and better things which would then cause more people to want to have what they have and end up getting saved.


Don’t be in lack for anything…I have said this many times, but it is worth repeating and believing!
